The Flags Coffee Co. is one of the Sunshine Coast’s most quietly compelling coffee stories. Founded by Mitchal Parkin in 2022 as a natural extension of the much-loved Between the Flags Coffee café in Dicky Beach, it was born out of a straightforward desire: to have complete control over the quality of the product being served. With decades of experience working alongside some of Australia’s top roasters, Mitchal brought that knowledge back to the Sunshine Coast and built something that has grown well beyond a local operation. The Flags is now featured in cafés across Australia, and the product speaks for itself.
