Yeti Restaurant and Bar has been a Kings Beach favourite since opening in 2018, built on a simple founding promise: excellent local fish and chips. That foundation has since grown into a relaxed all-day eatery and bar at Shop 2, 79 Edmund Street inside the Shearwater Resort, with the ocean visible and accessible around the corner.
The menu has expanded well beyond the original fish and chip focus to include a full breakfast and brunch offering, Nepalese-inspired dishes, burgers, parmigiana, grilled Atlantic salmon, chicken dishes and a naan breakfast that has become one of the most talked-about plates on the strip. Kids are genuinely catered for with well-sized, carefully prepared meals. The team is consistently described as friendly and welcoming, and the pricing is fair for a beachside location.
