Moffat Beach Brewing Co is one of Australia’s most decorated craft breweries, and the Production House at 51 Caloundra Road is where the serious brewing happens. Opened in 2020 as an expansion from the original beachside venue at Moffat Beach, the Production House is a showcase for the award-winning range, with 20 rotating taps pouring everything from core range favourites through to limited seasonal and experimental releases.
The centrepiece is a state-of-the-art 20 hectolitre Tiantai four-vessel brewhouse, elevated and blue-lit, visible from the taproom so guests can watch the entire process unfold over a pint. Fresh cans are filled to order so you can take the newest release home.
The food programme at the Production House is built around low and slow smoked BBQ using local meats, served alongside American-style sides and brioche burgers. Live music, brewery tours, events and ample parking make this a destination in its own right rather than just a drinking spot.
